Tasting Notes
Colour
Deep amber with coppery highlights and a touch of burgundy-red.
Nose
Red fruits rise from the glass—ripe cherry and plum with hints of raspberry, layered with vanilla, toffee and softly toasted oak. Burgundy cask influence lends wine-dark depth and a delicate, spicy lift.
Palate
Silky, red-fruit driven palate with ripe cherry and raspberry, unfolding into plum and a whisper of fig. Burgundy cask lends wine-soft sweetness and elegant spice—vanilla, almond and a touch of clove. Supple tannins and creamy oak frame the fruit, lending gentle structure. Long, refined finish with a warm, wine-kissed glow.
Finish
Opulent, Burgundy wine–kissed finish with red-berry depth. Lingering cherries and raspberries weave through soft tannins, touched by cocoa and spice, and a warm, polished oak glow that slowly fades into a refined, lasting warmth.
