This Highland single malt from Edradour was finished in fortified wine casks from Portugal’s Quinta de São Francisco. Distilled in 2010 and matured for 15 years, it was bottled in 2025 at a robust 57.7% ABV. Expect layered notes of red berries and dark honey, elegantly highlighted by zesty citrus peel, all resting on a foundation of polished oak and delicate herbal warmth.
