Tasting Notes
Colour
Deep amber-gold with coppery highlights and mahogany undertones.
Nose
Opulent sherried perfume, with orange zest, dried plum and fig glistening in toffee and raisin. Rich dark chocolate, espresso and vanilla thread through polished oak, while a whisper of leather and spice—cinnamon and clove—adds autumn warmth. Velvet, mature Dalmore aroma, promising depth and elegant decadence.
Palate
Luxuriously full on the palate, this velvety dram coats with orange zest, dark chocolate and toffee, eased by ripe dried fruits and a kiss of sherry. Spiced warmth—nutmeg and clove—drifts through caramel-malt sweetness, finishing long and polished with toasted oak.
Finish
Long and luxurious, the finish coats the palate with warm spice and sherry sweetness. Orange zest, dark chocolate, and toasted oak linger, tempered by dried fruit and caramel; a velvety, resinous warmth slowly fades into a refined, endearing ember.
