Cù Bòcan 15 Year Old takes us back to where it all began, when Cù Bòcan first started producing lightly peated spirit in the midst of winter. Matured fully in Oloroso Sherry casks for a minimum of 15 years, this is a decadent Single Malt with sun dried fruits and smoky exotic spices.

Colour
Deep amber with coppery-russet hues and a rich mahogany glow.
Nose
Rich sherried aromas of sun-dried fruits, flamed orange peel and black cherry, lifted by a subtle whisper of smoky, exotic spice. Hints of toasted oak and caramel-cinnamon sweetness emerge, giving a warm, inviting bouquet that lingers on the air.
Palate
Silky, richly textured on the palate, with sun-dried fruits and flamed orange peel intertwining with cinder-toffee. Black cherry lends depth as cardamom injects a bright spiciness. Gentle peat smoke threads through the sherry sweetness, delivering a warm, lingering finish with spice and toasted notes.
Finish
Long, sherried finish with sun-dried fruits and orange zest lingering beside toffee sweetness, while black cherry and cardamom weave through a final wisp of smoke and warm spice.
