Smoky and alluring, this nose blends rum-soaked raisins with PX sherry richness, brightened by Jamaican rum cask spice. Notes of bonfire toffee, toasted Jamaican ginger cake, spiced plum jam, Amaretto cherries and a touch of Daim bar.
Palate
Silky and opulent, the palate melds raisin-soaked sweetness with smoky, peat-kissed warmth. Toasted Jamaican ginger cake, bonfire toffee and spiced plum jam unfold beside Amaretto cherries, with Daim bar crunch adding texture. Rum-soaked fruit lingers in a creamy, luxuriously fruit-forward finish, supported by PX sherry depth and a final ember of smoke.
