On the palate, plush plum jam and grilled peach give way to stewed forest fruits, intertwined with cinnamon. A gentle, sweet campfire smoke threads through the fruit, delivering a velvety, medium-full mouthfeel and a warming, spice-kissed finish.
Finish
Long, warming finish of sweet campfire smoke that slowly dissolves into plum jam and stewed forest fruit. Cinnamon spice lingers, with a final kiss of grilled peach and sherry-cask sweetness.
