This exclusive single cask bottling of The Cardrona Single Malt Whisky “Growing Wings” is matured in a Mt Difficulty ex-Pinot Noir cask for five years and bottled at natural cask strength. On the nose, honeyed apricot, fig and sweet balsamic. With water the local fruits burst forward with sun-scorched nectarine, fresh strawberries, and thick clotted cream.

Powerful, velvety palate delivering ripe stone fruit and red berry sweetness. Honeyed apricot and sun-warmed nectarine mingle with fig and a Pinot Noir-driven depth. Rich, creamy texture with subtle spice, leading to a long, warming finish that echoes fruit and a touch of clotted-cream richness.
