Silky and full on the palate, it delivers jammy notes of plum and orange marmalade with sultanas. Sherry cask maturity coats the fruit in honeyed caramel, while wood spices—pepper, cinnamon, clove—add warmth and a savoury edge. The mouthfeel is lush and slightly oily, finishing long with spice-driven, peppery warmth.

Long and warming, the finish trails with sweet plum and orange jam, mingled with sultanas, fading into peppery, spicy oak. Sherry depth leaves a savoury, nutty edge that lingers, coating the palate with warm spice.
