Palate

Silky, full-bodied and richly sherried, this Arran coats the palate with velvet fruit and spice. Dried fig, raisin, and orange zest mingle with dark chocolate and espresso, while cinnamon, clove and vanilla oak weave through the mid-palate. The 55.4% ABV lends a confident, lingering finish of pepper, toasted nuts and cocoa.

Long, luxurious finish of sherry-driven depth: dark fruit, cocoa and dried spice unfold over toasted oak, with a warm, velvety tail that lingers, slowly fading into roasted nuttiness and subtle sweetness.
