Colour
Deep amber with burnished copper highlights.
Nose
On the nose, Oloroso rancio dominates, with dried fruit lingering alongside caramelised grapefruit and velvety cocoa. Fruity frangipane adds almond sweetness, while a peppery menthol lift lends bright, premium spice.
Palate
Silky, sherry-tinged and decadently rich on the palate, it unfurls aromatic rancio with caramelised grapefruit, then folds in velvety cocoa and fruity frangipane. A peppery-menthol lift sparks the mid-palate, leaving a long, warming finish.
Finish
Peppery, mentholated warmth lingers long after the swallow, with cocoa depth and caramelised grapefruit fading into a soft almond-frangipane haze, leaving a bright citrus lift that slowly recedes.
