Tasting Notes

Colour

Deep amber-gold with coppery sheen and mahogany undertones.

Nose

Peat smoke drifts over briny sea air, with salted caramel and warming barley sweetness. Dried cherry and fig mingle with sherry-derived cocoa and almond notes, while ash, iodine and a medicinal bite lend a coastal edge. An elegant, dusky aroma that promises depth on the palate.

Palate

Chewy peat coats the palate with coastal salt and iodine, a brisk maritime bite. Sherry influence floods in with fig, raisin and dark chocolate, tempered by vanilla and toasted oak. A gentle spice rise—pepper, clove—adds lift, leading to a long, warming finish where smoke, cocoa and citrus linger.

Finish

Long, maritime finish of charcoal-peat and sea-salt lingers, softly giving way to velvety sherry fruit, dark chocolate and orange zest, with warm spice and oak closing the experience.
