Tasting Notes
Colour
Deep amber-gold with coppery highlights and a warm mahogany glow.
Nose
Fresh apricot and pineapple aromas mingle with oats and barley, underpinned by a subtle garden bonfire smoke and spice, finishing with candied peel, white pepper and a herbal lemon glow.
Palate
Sweet spice and vanilla thread through the palate, with a chilli‑flake heat and smoked citrus. Salty, earthy peat entwines a fruit‑salad core of apricot and pineapple, carried by vanillin oak.
Finish
Pineapple lingers with a chili-flake heat, balanced by salty citrus and smoked vanilla, leaving a bright, smoky finish that coats the palate.
