Colour

Palate

Richly peated and coastal, it opens with smoke and iodine, then unfolds sherry-fruited notes—dark plum, fig and cocoa—with a touch of coffee. The peat stays lively through a refined oak backbone, carrying vanilla, spice and tobacco. A long, warming finish of chocolatey sweetness, resin, and coastal brine.

Finish

Long, peaty finish that clings with maritime salt and coal-smoke. Sherry-soaked notes of dried fruit, cocoa, and orange zest emerge, then drift into warming oak and peppery spice. The aftertaste is bold, refined, and lingeringly comforting, a graceful, mouth-coating finish that gradually fades.
