Colour
Bright golden straw with a warm honey-amber glow.
Nose
An Islay tempest on the nose: penetrating peat smoke, sea-salt brine and iodine with lemon peel, brightened by vanilla. Subtle sherry sweetness, cocoa and dark fruit drift in from Uigeadail and Corryvreckan, enriching the coastal, medicinal bouquet.
Palate
Bold peat and medicinal iodine open the palate, supported by sea-salt and a citrus zing of lemon. Vanilla sweetness adds balance, yielding a creamy texture that leads to a peppery, long finish crowned by smoky complexity.
Finish
Long coastal peat smoke lingers, with lemon zest and vanilla sweetness. A dry, warming finish carries iodine-tinged pepper and sea-salted mineral notes, gradually fading into a persistent, smoky afterglow.
