Alive with spice, the palate evokes BBQ ribs smothered in chilli, with deep, warming smoke curling around flame-grilled steak, chilli oil, cured leather and clove. Ginger, aniseed and tar crackle on the tongue, framed by aromatic wood-smoke and a lingering hint of charred embers.

Finish
