Colour

Deep amber with copper-gold sheen and a touch of mahogany at the rim—a burnished, sunlit hue that glows with sherry-rich warmth.

Nose

On the nose, sweet wood smoke rises, braided with sea spray and a salt-kissed breeze. Pine resin and aniseed toffee mingle with flowering lilies, citrus zest and a hint of cayenne. A splash of water releases floral wax, charcoal and a touch of fish oil, then whispers of Sherry and linseed oil.

Palate

Rich, sappy texture floods the palate, giving way to a classic sweet smoke with tarry rope and treacle toffee bobbing along. Aniseed twists and a whisper of soot rise in a second wave. Smoke rests softly in the background as smoked brown sugar, sugar-coated walnuts and gentle spice ebb and flow toward a long, pulsing finish.

Finish

A long, unhurried finish lingers with bitter almonds, linseed oil, clove and pepper, as a veil of soot slowly drifts away.
