The 2019 Festival of Malt and Music (Feis Ile) bottling from Ardbeg is here! Ardbeg Drum is a first for the Ardbeg Distillery, they've taken Ardbeg Scotch whisky from ex-Bourbon casks, then rested it in ex-rum casks from the Americas bringing a colourful Caribbean twist to Ardbeg Day.

Tasting Notes
Colour
Rich, deep amber with copper-gold highlights and a warm, honey-glow.
Nose
Smoked apple and pineapple, ripe banana, fragrant pine resin and subtle woodsmoke. Dry cocoa powder, cinnamon and ginger-spiced dates, with floating lavender notes.
Palate
Peppery texture and a vast smoky palate, oily and tarry with creosote and rich dark chocolate. A tapestry of spice—clove, licorice and ginger—mingles with smoked vanilla.
Finish
An intensely smoky finish lingers, weaving spice into a warm, sweet coffee liqueur finale that rounds the dram with luxurious depth.
