Deep golden amber with coppery hues and sunlit warmth.
Nose
Perfumed tropical fruit aromas drift on a sea breeze, with coastal smoke curling in behind. Saddle soap overlays charred green pepper as smoked mango and coconut mingle in an effervescent, tropical top note.
Palate
Creamy mouthfeel leads into a crashing symphony of herbal and spicy flavors: smoked maple-cured bacon, charcoal, white pepper and clove, with gentle outdoorsy notes of wood smoke and sea spray.
Finish
The finish glides long and generously, core notes of tropical fruit returning as heather and warm toffee mingle on the palate, capped by a whisper of smoked butter that lingers softly.
