Intense aromas of soot and smoke lie in wait, while grilled fare and black liquorice mingle with bold notes of antiseptic lozenge. This limited edition single malt whisky is truly a dram of fantastical proportions.

Tasting Notes
Colour
Deep amber-gold with coppery highlights and a burnished, smoky glow.
Nose
Nutty, spicy and intensely smoky, this nose unfolds with soot-laden peat and grilled-char warmth. Black liquorice swirls with antiseptic lozenge notes, while herbal fennel and pine threads add freshness, an oily, lingering smoke shaping the drama to come.
Palate
Oil-rich and spicy on the palate, it erupts with antiseptic lozenges, tar and liquorice, threaded by clove and pepper. Then a wave of sweet smoke—briar and sandalwood—lingers, leaving a long, warming, smoky finish.
Finish
A long, subtle finish: sooty, tarry notes linger on the palate.
