Aged for over ten years in the finest Spanish oak casks, Wolfburns signature malt has been imbued with sweet Oloroso sherry notes, giving this whisky a real depth of character and flavour. A whisky of poise and finesse, gently matured in Wolfburns warehouse by the sea, it is testament to the skill, dedication and patience of Wolfburn master distillers.

Tasting Notes: On the nose, soft sherry sweetness melds withfigs and raisins, but its on the palate where the true depth of flavour shines of caramel and vanilla, all accompanied by gentle hints of nutmeg and oak smoke, silky tannins make for a beautifully textured finish.
