Wolfburn The Last Keeper Single Malt Scotch Whisky 10 Year Old
In stock
The Last Keeper is more than a film - it's a tribute to the quiet guardians of wild places. In the mist-covered hills of the Scottish Highlands, gamekeepers carry on a centuries-old tradition - managing the land not just for people, but for wildlife to thrive. This bottle honors them.
Behind the film is the Shepherds of Wildlife Society, a nonprofit founded by filmmakers, photographers and storytellers who believe that wildlife conservation must include the people who share the land. We fight for a future where sustainable use of natural resources - including wildlife - uplifts rural communities, protects biodiversity, and defends basic human dignity.
This limited edition, aged 10 years in Oloroso Sherry casks by Wolfburn Distillery, supports the work of the Shepherds of Wildlife Society (USA) and the Gamekeepers Welfare Trust (UK).

Tasting Notes
Nose
Opulent Oloroso sherry aromas envelop the glass: dark raisin, fig and prune mingle with glazed orange zest and toffee. Almond and walnut lift the scent alongside cocoa nibs, spiced by cinnamon and clove, then touched by vanilla and polished oak. Rich, warm and layered, with a dessert-like depth that hints at a long, elegant finish.
