Released annually on Burns Night, Wolfburn’s Anniversary Single Cask series commemorates the day spirit once again flowed at the distillery on 25 January 2013. The 2026 release marks 13 years since Wolfburn’s revival and is the fourth bottling in this highly sought-after series.
After extensive sampling, Cask No. 811, filled in December 2013, was personally selected by Wolfburn’s Production Manager as the cask that best represents the distillery’s house character. Matured for twelve years in Warehouse No. 1 and bottled at natural cask strength, this single cask yielded just 874 bottles at 55.2% ABV.
Deep in colour and full-bodied, this 12-year-old single malt showcases Wolfburn’s signature malty core, enriched by long, patient maturation. Rich, rounded and confidently expressive, it sits proudly alongside previous Anniversary releases.
A limited, single cask release that beautifully reflects time, craftsmanship and Wolfburn’s unmistakable style.

Colour
Deep, rich amber with mahogany undertones and a warm copper-gold glow.
Nose
Immediate, luxurious sweetness—golden syrup on warm toast, complemented by soft, well-integrated oak.
Palate
Remarkably deep and decadent, with a richness more reminiscent of PX maturation than Oloroso. Creamy and mouth-coating, revealing dates, raisins, treacle and golden syrup, all layered with Wolfburn’s gentle floral character.
Finish
An elongated, luxurious finish that mirrors the palate’s sweetness—dates, raisins and treacle echo with hints of golden syrup, fading into a refined oak-spice warmth that lingers with elegant, lasting grace.
