Palate

Silky, medium- to full-bodied on the palate, opening with orchard fruit—pear and apple—alongside warm toffee and dried fig. Sherry-cask maturity brings dark chocolate, raisin, and spice, with a bright lift of orange zest. Vanilla cream and polished oak provide structure, while a nutty, cocoa-kissed finish lingers with espresso and a whisper of maritime salt.

Finish

Long, velvety finish with sherry-saturated fruit, orange zest, and dark chocolate, carried by restrained spice and oak whispers; the sweetness tapers to a refined, warming dry finish.
