Palate

Powerful and warming, the palate opens with high-octane heat, then sherry sweetness carries through. Raisin, fig and dark plum mingle with burnt sugar and toffee, while cocoa and espresso add depth. Spices—cinnamon, clove and nutmeg—emerge as oak dries the finish, with orange zest and vanilla lifting the final, lingering warmth.

Finish

Silky, long finish with warm sherry sweetness—raisin, fig and a kiss of orange peel. Cocoa, toasted almond and spice unfold as the fruit recedes, while a peppery oak echoes the cask. A coastal whisper of sea air lingers after the last sip.
