Opulent nose of aged Oloroso sherry, with notes of dried prune, fig and raisin. Rich toffee and dark chocolate unfurl alongside toasted almond, while orange zest and gentle spice—cinnamon and clove—linger over a velvet oak backdrop. Decadent and festive, inviting the first sip of holiday warmth.

(WOLF-burn) Wolfburn takes its name from a historic distillery founded in 1821 by William Smith on the outskirts of Thurso, where it quickly became the largest distillery in Caithness. The original site later fell silent and was eventually left in ruins, but the name returned when the modern Wolfburn Distillery was built nearby and spirit began flowing again on Burns Night, 25 January 2013.
