This limited release whisky was initially laid down in first-fill bourbon casks in 2017 and transferred into cognac casks for the last six months of maturation. The subtle hints of cognac they once contained have infused beautifully into the spirit, lending it a remarkable sweetness and depth of flavour.

A symphony of luxurious flavours: dried apricots and almonds layered with vanilla, with subtle hints of warm spice. With time, barley sugar reveals itself alongside soft dark chocolate—a truly decadent dram.

An indulgently sweet finish where vanilla and autumn fruits fade to a delicate whisper of caramel, with a final trace of sea salt.
