This limited-release bottling has been created to get the 2023 Christmas festivities off to a cracking start. Crafted from Wolfburn’s signature smooth, sweet spirit, matured for a shade over eight years, it is the product of a marriage of two types of cask: Oloroso sherry hogsheads and first-fill bourbon barrels. Tis the season to be merry – we hope you enjoy drinking it as much as we enjoyed producing it.

Tasting Notes
Colour
Deep amber-gold with coppery sheen and mahogany undertones.
Nose
Sweet sherry notes mingle with dried fruit, followed by warm vanilla, with a subtle hint of coffee and dark chocolate.
Palate
Juicy and mouth-watering. Rich toffee and syrup flavours lead the way with overtones of cocoa and vanilla. Fruity sweetness coats the palate, with autumn fruit and honey notes leading to a warm, soft finish.
Finish
Vanilla notes gently fade, leaving a warm caramel trace to linger.
