This delightful Speyside whisky, part of Elixir Distillers' Single Malts of Scotland series, was distilled at Tormore Distillery in 2015. Aged for 8 years in a single barrel, it’s presented non-chill filtered and without added colour. Notably, this is the first release under the new ownership of Tormore by Elixir Distillers, making it a historic dram.

Colour
Golden amber with a sun-kissed honey glow.
Nose
A warm, inviting bouquet of caramel popcorn and pralines, with toffee-apple sweetness at the core. Honeysuckle and peach lend delicate floral fruit, while a subtle thread of nutmeg adds spice, weaving a creamy, sun-kissed aroma.
Palate
Spiced dried pear and apple mingle with quince jelly and lemon peel, evolving into lemon cream and a touch of hazelnuts.
Finish
A lingering warmth of spiced pear and black pepper, weaving a soft orchard sweetness as it fades into a peppery, enduring finish that lightly lingers on the palate.
