Tasting Notes
Colour
Rich amber-gold with warm coppery undertones and a hint of mahogany.
Nose
Opulent sherry glaze with dried fruits—raisin, fig, apricot—rises over toasted oak and vanilla. Creamy toffee, orange zest and almond mingle with cocoa nibs, while a whisper of clove and cinnamon threads through a refined, antique-scented finish.
Palate
Silky and gently full-bodied, this dram delivers sherry-influenced richness with dried figs, plum and dark chocolate. Toasted oak and spice—cinnamon and clove—weave through a creamy mouthfeel, while red-fruit sweetness lingers into a warm, refined finish.
Finish
Opulent and long, the finish unfolds with velvety toffee and dried fruit—raisin and fig—intertwined with dark chocolate and a kiss of spice. Sherry-derived warmth lingers, oak and a whisper of vanilla, tapering to a refined, softly spiced glow.
