The signature release in The One collection, this is a singular blend of The Lakes Single Malt and select Scotch grain and malt whiskies from the Highlands, Speyside and Islay. Personally sourced and blended in the Lake District National Park by whiskymaker, Dhavall Gandhi.
This is a complex yet balanced fine blended whisky with hints of stone fruit, treacle, light spice on the nose. Deliciously compelling on the palate with notes of honey-roasted nuts, wood spice, dried fruits and gentle wood smoke.
Non-chill filtered for a richer mouthfeel and fuller flavour, with only the natural colours derived from the oak casks in every bottle. Bottled at 46.6% ABV.

Tasting Notes
Colour
Rich golden amber with warm copper undertones.
Nose
Complex yet balanced on the nose, with stone fruit (apricot and peach), woven through treacle sweetness and a touch of light spice. The aroma is inviting and refined, hinting at warmth and subtle depth before the first sip.
Palate
Deliciously compelling on the palate, honey-roasted nuts meet wood spice and dried fruits, with a whisper of wood smoke. A rich, full-bodied mouthfeel from non-chill filtration enhances the balance, letting subtle sweetness and oak linger gracefully.
Finish
Long, refined finish with honey-roasted nuts and dried fruits lingering on the palate, subtle wood spice warming through the senses. A gentle wave of light wood smoke and toast rests on a satin oak backdrop, fading to a softly sweet, lingering echo.
