Matured initially in ex-Bourbon casks before being given an additional maturation in ex-Sauternes dessert wine barrels, imparting a distinctly unique flavour. Limited to 5,000 bottles per batch and bottled at 46% with no chill filtration completing a whiskey of true character. A whiskey to savour!

Colour
Rich amber-gold with honeyed copper highlights, a warm sun-bronze glow.
Nose
Ripe apricot and galia melon lead into opulent honey and glazed fruits, with pudding-wine sweetness and a waxy, floral lift. Musky peach, nectarine and vanilla mingle with honeycomb, while a whisper of smoke and salted caramel lingers, crowned by rose-tinted Turkish delight.
Palate
Spicy ripe orchard fruits ride a champagne-bright palate, laced with Turkish delight powder and aromatic florals. Waxy orange curd mingles with smoked sugared almonds, finished in vanilla icing sugar for a silky, confectionary-luxe sweetness with lingering warmth.
Finish
A fruit and sweet spice explosion with honey glazed orchard fruits, toasted vanilla and Turkish delight.
