Maturation in a single Bourbon cask since 1982 has allowed this triple-distilled malt whiskey to develop to perfection. While external primeval influences surround the maturation of this malt; the Atlantic Ocean, the basalt Giant's Causeway and the monastic-sounding waters of St. Columb's Rill, Masters of Malt oversee its development within the distillery.

Then add a little water to uncover the honeyed maltiness and gentle woodiness which are laced with dark chocolate and vanilla. Above all, the taste is clean and mellow and underneath you will also discover an array of complexity including marzipan, allspice, walnut, mint and sweet oils.
