Bushmills 15 Year Old Bourbon Cask is a limited-release single malt from the distillery’s Cask Reserve range. Triple distilled in Ireland and matured for 15 years in bourbon casks, it showcases a particularly clean, fruit-forward side of the Bushmills style. Bottled at 46% ABV, the long maturation allows the American oak to build layers of vanilla, honeyed sweetness and gentle spice around the distillery’s naturally smooth character.
The bourbon cask influence brings plenty of creamy vanilla, orchard fruit and caramel, supported by toasted oak and a touch of spice. It remains elegant and approachable despite its age, with the extended maturation adding greater depth and richness without overwhelming the fruit.
