Distilled and aged in Ireland, Rammstein Whiskey is a blend of triple distilled grain and a double distilled malt. Aged for 10 years in ex-bourbon casks and finished for a minimum of 6 months in ex-sherry casks.

Tasting Notes

Colour

Deep amber-gold with copper highlights and a touch of mahogany, a warm, sunlit glow that hints at sherry-influenced richness.

Nose

Grainy and spicy on the nose, with toasted white bread, freshly grated peppercorns and a subtle note of wood polish.

Palate

Sweet crumble cake on the palate, with a rich buttery note and vanilla, evolving into dark chocolate and amarena cherry.

Finish

Long and refined, the finish lingers with vanilla and buttery sweetness, then eases into dark chocolate and amarena cherry, carried by warm spice and soft oak for a dessert-like, lingering warmth.
