Bold, purple fruit-led palate of elderberries, plums and blackcurrants, followed by sour cherry, red apple and ripe pear. An elegant cinnamon spice threads through, with a delicate touch of dry red wine lending depth and balance, yielding a deep, luscious, well-polished finish.
Finish
Velvety red-wine notes coat the finish, with dark plum, elderberry and blackcurrant giving way to sour cherry and red apple. A whisper of cinnamon spice lingers, delivering a warm, long, refined conclusion.
