Dingle Wheel Of Time Series - Grianstad An TSamhraidh Single Malt Irish Whiskey

This limited release honours the ancient celebration of the Summer Solstice which usually falls on the 21st of June. Grianstad an tSamhraidh is the last of the great festivals before daylight begins to dwindle; so we celebrate it enthusiastically as the crops ripen and bear fruit.

At Dingle Distillery, there’s nothing we enjoy more than a long summer evening spent with friends and family, and a dram or two! Matured in first-fill Bourbon casks before a long finish in Rye casks.

Grianstad an tSamhraidh expresses fresh cut hay, lemon sherbert, creamy toffee and freshly ground pepper on the nose. The palate has herbal spice, toasted vanilla, honey, spiced pecans and lemon drops. With a finish of spice with hints of liquorice and pepper.
