This limited release honors the Celtic festival of Bealtaine, which marks the end of spring and the beginning of summer. Bealtaine Single Pot Still is an homage to the arrival of long summer evenings and the Bealtaine fire festival.

Matured in Bourbon casks with a Shiraz cask finish, Bealtaine Single Pot Still expresses sweet aromas of sundered raisins, sweet dates and vanilla cream on the nose. On the palate, it is warm with a suggestion of dark cherries in syrup, nutty caramel and velvety dark chocolate. The syrup texture slowly melts to a warm spice finish.

Nose

Sun-dried raisins and ripe dates mingle with vanilla cream, presenting a lush, inviting nose with a soft, warm sweetness from the Shiraz finish.

Warm and lush on the palate, with dark cherries in syrup, nutty caramel and velvety dark chocolate. The syrupy texture gradually melts into a warming spice finish.
