This limited release honours the traditional Celtic celebration of Cónocht an Fómhair. Summer has faded by the time we reach the autumn equinox, and the bright colours have dulled to muted tones of auburn, amber, and gold. Dingle Cónocht an Fómhair Single Malt is a toast to the shades of the season.
Matured in former Bourbon casks with a Rum cask finish, Dingle Cónocht an Fómhair Single Malt brings aromas of fresh mint, rhubarb crumble dusted in brown sugar and toffee apple. Hints of tropical fruits and sweet raisins on the palate gives way to honey, coconut, and hazelnuts. A wonderfully distinct clean finish with spiced fruits and warm caramel notes.
