This Single Malt release has been years in the making and comprises of Malt Whiskey that has been matured in ex-Bourbon, and PX sherry casks. 39% Bourbon, 61% PX Sherry.
Bottled at 46.3% and non-chill filtered. This is a very interesting Whiskey in which the component casks come to the fore at different stages.

Tasting Notes
Colour
Deep amber with a warm copper-gold glow and hints of mahogany-red.
Nose
Aromas of warm vanilla and toasted oak from ex-Bourbon mingle with rich PX sherry notes—raisin, fig and dark plum, wrapped in toffee and orange zest. Subtle almond and spice complete the bouquet, hinting at creamy, dessert-like depth to come.
Palate
On the palate, vanilla-toned bourbon sweetness entwines with lush PX sherry fruit—fig, raisin and dark chocolate—supported by subtle spice and oak. The non-chill filtered spirit delivers a creamy, oily mouthfeel, finishing long with a warm, fruit-driven persistence.
Finish
Long, luxurious finish where PX sherry sweetness weaves with vanilla-kissed bourbon notes. Dried fruit—raisin and fig—soften into cocoa and toasted oak, with a gentle spice echo. The finale lingers warmly, creamy and slightly nutty, leaving a balanced trace of sweetness and oak that resolves to elegant warmth.
