Tasting Notes
Colour
Deep amber with copper-gold highlights and mahogany undertones.
Nose
Opulent and mature, the nose unveils dark plum and blackberry intertwined with dried fig and raisin. Cedarwood and toasted American oak frame cocoa-dusted dark chocolate, while Oloroso sherry lends a glossy, nutty sweetness. Subtle resin and vanilla hints deepen the elegant, aged bouquet.
Palate
Silky and substantial, the palate unfolds with dark plum, blackberry and raisin, threaded with cedarwood and dark chocolate. American oak adds spice and a touch of almond, while the Oloroso finish coats with dried-fruit richness and a warming, cocoa-dusted long finish.
Finish
Long, elegant finish of dark plum and raisin sweetness, deepened by cocoa and cedar notes, with a warm Oloroso sherry glow that lingers into soft oak spice.
