Nose
Aromas of sun-dried fruit—raisin, fig, prune—intertwined with spiced vanilla and warm oak. A delicate toffee sweetness glows in the background, with hints of almond and cocoa from the sherry and Madeira finishes.
Palate
Silky and layered, the palate delivers a chorus of dried fruits—raisins, figs, and plums—woven with spiced vanilla from the Bourbon and Oloroso finishes, finishing with a subtle toffee sweetness and a soft oak lift from Madeira’s influence.
Finish
