Hinch Distillery is a Northern Irish whiskey producer based on the Killaney Estate, just outside Ballynahinch in County Down. The name comes from Ballynahinch, meaning “town of the island” in Irish, and Hinch’s own story began in 2016 before the purpose-built distillery officially opened in 2021 following a £15 million investment.
