Rammstein Limoux Cask Finish is a limited-edition rum matured for up to 12 years before a further 28 months in Limoux wine casks. That extended finishing period gives the rum a fresher, fruit-led profile, with the wine cask adding crisp apple, grape and vanilla notes while still keeping the rum rounded and full through the palate.

The result is an elegant, slightly brighter style than a heavier oak-led finish, with tropical fruit and gentle spice on the nose giving way to ripe fruit and creamy vanilla.
