Rammstein Cognac Cask Finish is a limited-edition rum matured for up to 12 years before a further 12 months in Cognac casks. That final year of finishing adds extra softness and richness, bringing tropical fruit, vanilla and caramel into a more polished, slightly drier profile.

The Cognac cask works particularly well here, giving the rum a rounded and elegant character without taking away from its warmth and depth.
