Colour

Deep amber with coppery-gold highlights and a tawny mahogany rim, glowing with warm, reddish hues.

Nose

Sherried richness blooms on the nose, with dried fruits—raisins, sultanas, fig—woven through oak. Caramel and toffee sweetness glints, while vanilla whispers and a touch of almond nuttiness add depth, finishing in a warm, refined oak glow.

Palate

Sherry-kissed on the palate, a procession of dried fruits—plums, dates and candied orange—driven by a gentle oak warmth. The malt brings a creamy, buttery texture that glides into sweeter, fruit-forward notes, finishing with a lingering, subtle spice.

Finish

Long and lingering, with a gentle sweetness that persists. A note of dark chocolate emerges as the sherry influence lingers, finishing in a warm, satisfying embrace.
