An award winning collection of American whiskeys, developed in collaboration with the legendary musician Bob Dylan. Rich and full bodied, this whiskey has been charcoal filtered, known as the Lincoln County method (made famous by Jack Daniel's).
Aromas of fresh baked bread and ripened nougat. The palate is rounded with a slight sweet mouthfeel of grilled pineapple and candied walnuts. On the finish, a balance of sweet and savoury with cooked peaches and sweet tobacco.
