Deep amber with coppery bronze hues and a warm honey-gold edge that gleams as light passes through.
Nose
Rich and elegant, the aroma opens with vanilla bean and caramelized oak, layered over maple sweetness and toasted corn. Cinnamon and clove spice mingle with dried fig and leather, a subtle cocoa thread and a whisper of tobacco, hinting at its 11-year maturation in the barrel.
Palate
Full-bodied and velvety, it opens with toasted oak, vanilla, and caramel, then folds in rich dark fruit and maple. Baking spices—cinnamon, clove, a hint of orange zest—grow with a warm bite, supported by espresso and cocoa notes. The finish stretches long and seamless, leaving leather and a refined oak glow that lingers.
Finish
A long, warming finish with toasted oak, vanilla and caramel evolving into spice and dried fruit; sweetness recedes slowly, leaving a graceful, lingering warmth.
