The 2023 release of George T. Stagg bourbon has been aged for a minimum of 15 years in new, charred American white oak barrels, resulting in a deep and robust flavor profile.
Distilled in the spring of 2008, the barrels spent over a decade maturing in Warehouses C, I, K, L, and M before being bottled in the fall of 2023 at a powerful 67.5% ABV (135 proof). Initially created to meet the demand for a well-aged, barrel-strength bourbon, George T. Stagg has become a beloved staple in Buffalo Trace's Antique Collection, admired for its bold complexity and strength.
