Colour
Deep copper-amber with warm honey-gold highlights.
Nose
Toasted amber malt, toffee and biscuit open the nose, carried by sun-warmed caramel. Orchard fruits mingle with a bright citrus zest, while vanilla and a touch of spice unfold. Subtle toasted oak and a whisper of hops add structure, giving a beer-kissed backbone that lingers with malt sweetness and polished warmth.
Palate
Malty and inviting, it opens with toffee, biscuit and roasted barley, tempered by the amber ale cask finish. Dried fruit, vanilla and orange zest unfold over creamy oak, while a subtle hop lift adds a crisp edge. Warm caramel spice lingers on a smooth, balanced finish.
Finish
Long, velvety finish of caramel and toffee, braided with toasted malt and soft oak. A subtle hop-driven citrus bitterness from the amber ale cask lingers, rounding into biscuit and spice with a crisp, warming echo.
