A limited-release Bushmills single malt created for the World Wood Series. Triple distilled and aged for 12 years, this expression spends at least 11 years maturing in first-fill bourbon barrels before being finished for a minimum of 12 months in first- and second-fill Pedro Ximénez sherry butts. Bottled at 46% ABV, the PX influence brings additional richness and dried-fruit character to Bushmills’ typically smooth, fruit-led style.
Expect vanilla, caramel and apple alongside richer notes of dried fruit, dark chocolate and warming spice, with the Pedro Ximénez casks adding sweetness and depth.
